Friday March 27th 12 PM-2 PM
Bear Tooth Theatrepub 1230 W 27th Ave, Anchorage
The Bear Tooth presents another One Course Discourse for the month of March:
Moment to Moment: Teens Growing Up with FASDs takes in intimate and eye-opening journey into the lives of four adolescents with Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASDs), their families, and friends. Their impaired brain function can make it much harder to meet the typical demands of social relationships and independence and many individuals with an FASD get in trouble with the law for reasons they do not understand. Come learn about a preventable disability that is more common than Autism and that may impact 1 in 20 children in the U.S.
There will be a panel discussion with Q & A after the film.
Tickets will be available Tuesday, March 27th at 10:30 am. Two per customer, first come first served, Free of Charge.
